It's Sunday and I told the receptionist that I was told by Nique, that the general manager of Showcase Honda wants me to come in and redo the contract, and that everything on the contract will be the same, except for the 2 Mechanical Protection Plans (Platinum Plus/Club Plus and the Mechanical Service Agreement=$3,705.00). I calculated the readjusted total cost withOUT the 2 plans at 0.90% APR: $26,984.55 - $3,705.00 = $23,729.55. I met Brad, the Finance director instead. He said that he would need to contact American Honda Finance tomorrow, Monday, in order for a new contract to be created since my current old contract is locked in. He said that since I bought the car during July 4th sales week, the APR rates were based on June's APR. Monday will be August 1, 2016, so the new APR rates would change, depending on my credit score (which relates to how much I spend and pay back). He asked if my spending habits has changed and I replied no. He said that if my credit is 760 or higher, then I should still get the same APR. After leaving Brad, I called Nique, and she apologized to me, and then LIED saying that she could not contact me yesterday (Saturday July 30,2016) to notify of what Brad told me due to wrong number. Funny... on Friday, she and Brian were able to talk to me multiple times and she verified my email for Monica to contact me. So, I confirmed with Nique just to make sure that there's no discrepancies in different ways to solve my full refund problem. Anyway, Monica stated in the email in quotes, "Good evening, It was brought to my attention that he have some concerns about the cancellation time frame of the 2 warranties that were purchased. I asked Nique to follow up with you immediately as, when we spoke I was not aware that by calling you on Monday put it so close to the 30 day mark since we had not discuss that part. I wanted to send you an email so that you would have documentation of our conversation and and also know that if the agreement was to cancel those to contract for a full refund, that we would honor that. I will be be following up in the morning to discuss your concerns with my General Manager. Please be assured that we will address the issue at hand. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me on my cell Or by replying to my email. Thank you for your time, Monica" The current situation shows that Showcase Honda is more concerned about making profit out of me by an increase in APR with the contract redone, instead of honoring their word & giving me the full refund!! **Update 7/29/2016 Purchased a car from them the beginning of this month. Had to deal with coming back TWICE after the final sales to make sure the finance manager Tom to correct the information on my cancellation of 2 Mechanical Protection Plan Platinum Plus and Club Plus. He said that he would get it done, but I had found out that he had not. I found that out from speaking to Monica when Melissa was busy with another client. Monica gave me the info that Melissa wanted to tell me. This was when I had discovered that the 2 Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) had not been cancelled by Tom. Monica stated monthly payment amounts that still included those 2 plans (worth $3,705. 00). Monica assured that she would figure out and let me know by Monday of next week... But guess what? Next Monday is just a day before the 30 days, which the MPP contract states that the 2 extended plans needs to be cancelled WITHIN 30 days in order for me to get a FULL refund. Knowing how Showcase Honda works.... I don't think this will be the last problem from Showcase. SIDE NOTE: The company MPP also have horrible customer service; I had a feeling Tom wouldn't do his job correctly, so I submitted a copy of the cancelled document of those two plans 4 weeks ago and still nothing has changed, no representative contacted me to confirm that the 2 plans are permanently cancelled. More

Deceptional overall service. On April 12th, I received a call 30 minutes ago from a honda dealership. The guy asked for me in spanish, and i responded to him in english asking who he was looking for, he then said that he was looking for me and wanted to know if i was interested in buying or trading in my current honda. i told him i was not interested at the time and asked him if my language preferences were set to spanish. he said no. so i told him it was not professional for him to assume that i speak spanish just because my name is Maria. he then just said have a good day and hung up on me. this is HORRIBLE service. I tried looking up a corporate number for me to complain to and did not find one. I called back and the agent that answered told me the manager in charge would call me back by th following weekend. This is unacceptable and disapointed a big company like this has employees like this representing them. Today, June, I came at the time I made an appointment to online where I requested to visit the service center to have an oil change done, tire rotation, etc done and when I spoke to the person assigned to me, which I believe was Travis, it made my Honda experience worse. When I requested a rental car online prior to my visit, I asked him about it when I dropped off my car. He first said he didn't see a request on his computer. Then when I showed him the email confirmation of my appointment indicating the arrangements I had requested, he said that because I had only listed an oil change to get done, I couldn't get the rental because they don't do car rentals through them, he would have to shuttle me somewhere else. I didn't see that disclaimer when I made my appointment online and he continued to display a combative demeanor saying he didn't show on his computer that I made that request(even though I showed him the email). I didn't get an apology or anything from him, just a bad experience. This will be the last time I get my Honda serviced at this specific location. Since I wrote this review the same day that I was at the dealership, they received my email right away. I was confronted about it by Travis and asked if I wanted to speak t his manager. I said no, that I had written about my experience and had nothing else to say. He then offered to credit me for my oil change if I would retract my online review, I advised him I was not in it for the money, that a simple apology from him would have sufficed. He then made remarks to me about "oh so you don't care that someone is losing money from their paycheck?". I then repeated myself that I wrote about the service he provided me and he was yet to apologize to me. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and took my payment and handed me my keys. No thank you, didn't even tell me where my car was parked. This is very unprofessional. I did NOT expect to get confronted about this by this man. The most embarrassing thing was that I had my ten year old niece with me and she witnessed the entire thing. The gentleman who was helping me prior to this happening gave me a pamphlet with the things my car needed. I was considering getting the entire service done on my car that day, but then I did not feel comfortable to do so after this encounter. More

I asked to speak to the service manager. He was just as rude. I left and went to discount tire and bought 4 tires! Not only that, I got home and found a coupon from Showcase Honda that says Price match!! Tomorrow I will bring the coupon to the General Manager. More

I specifically told him if he wasted my time I would never bye a car from them. He told me no problem. I went there after work with my wife and met with a salesman (Dave) who told my they did not have any Touring's available after two hours, I wanted to speak to Blake but he was busy on other deals they told me. When I told them I was going to wait for him they came back and told me he had a family emergency and had left. They flat out lied to me to get me to go there. Then did not even have the courage to face me and apologize . I went to Right Honda and ordered the car at a good price I was happy with, They did not pull no crap and gave me an honest deal and treated me like a person.
