Very unhappy with service department I had a damaged tire and brought it to the dealership service department on Thursday morning- there was an open question as to whether any part of the I had a damaged tire and brought it to the dealership service department on Thursday morning- there was an open question as to whether any part of the damage was to be covered by the road hazard guarantee. I called Friday morning about 11:00 am, and told them that no matter who was paying for the tire, I needed it replaced. I also made it clear that I was leaving Saturday on vacation- so they would need to let me know within an hour if they did not have the tire! I called at 4:30 pm and was told they had the tire on order, and would have it on Monday! I explained again that indeed the car by 5:00 onsaturday, and why. They said they would call around and try to find the tire. I stopped at the dealership on Saturday morning a few minutes after eleven am. A new guy said the tire was expected on Monday- and apparently they were unable to find one " from the suppliers in town that they usually deal with." I again explained that I needed the car to leave on vacation in a few hours. I asked if he could give me any names or numbers for other dealers close- Erie or Buffalo- that might have the tire! He offered no help- he said he was closing at noon so even if I went and got a tire- no one would be there to put it on!! More

I am so happy with my new car it gets great gas mileage and I purchased an extended warranty, that gives me so much freedom, from having to pay for oil changes or state inspection for the next five years. My warranty is also bumper to bumper for 10 years instead of 5years or 60 months.. whichever comes first. I got a great deal with my purchase.. Shults knocked this out of the park for me. More
