No nonsense purchase, no hidden charges. Found a vehicle on the internet near Batavia that I was going to purchase the next day. I saw Schults Resale ad on the same vehicle and gave Jim Gen Found a vehicle on the internet near Batavia that I was going to purchase the next day. I saw Schults Resale ad on the same vehicle and gave Jim Gennock a call. I asked Jim specific questions about the vehicle, and Jim answered all my question promptly with out any BS. I asked If he was willing to negotiate the on-line price. Jim said come to Dunkirk and look at this vehicle. The next day, I met with Jim, and an hour and half later I was driving home with my vehicle. Jim licensed and put insurance on it while I went out for lunch. I got a vehicle that was a year newer and his price was the trade-in book value. I think I got a great deal that other dealers were retailing $6000 more. Jim replaced a wheel that I was not happy with and mailed me some other minor parts. Shults also threw in free oil changes, next year's state inspection, spring and fall checkups, tire rotations plus their dealer warranty. Note the vehicle also had remaining manufacturers warranty.
