They were so patient with us old people and Nick was so calming with all of the options that were on the new vehicle. We did not grow up with technology like the younger people. I suggested to Nick that he should do a YouTube to teach new car technology. Bianchi on Peach Street in Erie is the best from the owner on down. We would not buy anywhere else. The owner is the absolute best making people feel special and well taken care of with phone calls and email follow up on sales and service.

I have had all maintenance done there as well and have never been disappointed, not once! Most recently Cassandra in the service department took great care of me and my Crosstrek.
