We worked with Carter and had a great experience. He was very courteous and we enjoyed his enthusiasm. Loved the dealership and will come back. Our only issue is with Chevy and not the dealership. Had the vehicle at home and were trying to program our garage door opener, when after much trying and calling found that the Z71 Traverse does not have a garage door opener app installed. We are floored, because of all the bells and whistles they decided not to install a garage door opener? One can buy a $20,000 car which has them but not this? Not sure whose idea at Chevy that was, but it is almost unbelievable. Quite disappointed! It is such a standard thing that we certainly didn't think to ask. More
