My appointment was for a Tuesday, it was said done by the end of the week. I called Friday to check on it, and they had just got it in the shop. The next week they called me and said there was more damage. J end of the week. I called Friday to check on it, and they had just got it in the shop. The next week they called me and said there was more damage. Josue was extremely rude. My original estimate was around $900. When I went to go pick up my car 2 weeks later (very excessive) my total bill was around $5,400. I know there was not that much damage. My headlight was fine but yet it needed replaced. Tell me why a headlight costs $2100, but I could go buy one at a store and it be about $2000 less. All in all, Josue needs an attitude adjustment or customer service classes. More
