Everyone is very polite and I assume the work is done correctly. But they always recommend that much more expensive work be done. This time they said the cabin filter was a critical issue but we know it correctly. But they always recommend that much more expensive work be done. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle to drive home after a long few days of travel. I had to work with him over the phone from the airport and he reassured me that I would be taken care to drive home after a long few days of travel. You brought our van in to get the hood painted and a side panel by the driver side front window painted. We were told it would take 2 to 3 days max. It took a week and a day. There was no communication. and when we came to pick it up, it hadn’t even been done right there’s still chips in the hood and I had to argue with the salespeople that it wasn’t done properly instead of offering to get it fixed properly, they’re gonna get us touch up paint. Also, when my wife went to pick up the rental car, it took 40 minutes and then they gave her the wrong rental car. We brought in a Honda Odyssey minivan and you guys gave us a Nissan Centra.
