This is the best place I've ever been to when I have to take my car somewhere to get repairs. Joe Jimenez is always looking out for his customers and makes sure they are happy with the work they got done o take my car somewhere to get repairs. When they tell you your car will be done in a certain amount of time they really do finish it. They also notify you to make sure you know the status of the work being done on your vehicle. Jeremy and the whole staff from the young lady who answers the phone to everyone involved in check in process to the crew who washes the vehicles all deserve 5 stars. I have been to about 4 different answers the phone to everyone involved in check in process to the crew who washes the vehicles all deserve 5 stars. I have been to about 4 different dealers for service and I live two blocks from a different Chevy service dealer but choose to come and have my truck serviced with Jeremey and Sierra Chevy Monrovia. I called for a same day appointment and had one booked for 15 mins later and their estimated wait time are very accurate. Both times I have been here Jeremy has promised my vehicle by a certain time and he has yet to disappoint. Completely satisfied with this service and if you are picky about who helps you look no more come see Jeremy. More
