Marvin is extremely knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Always calls and text with updates when my truck is in for service. Over all a great guy to deal with. I took back my car to get check the mildew smell from the air conditioning ( they supposed to clean it in March. I paid over $300.00 dollars for the service and the smell came back to months later. And all air conditioning ( they supposed to clean it in March. I paid over $300.00 dollars for the service and the smell came back to months later. And all I got from the technician was that he didn’t find anything wrong with the car, when the smell was very obvious. Marvin told me if I want to have clean again I have to pay for the same thing again. I had have several cars in the past and never had any problems with the same issue. The least that I was expecting was to have clean and resolved the problem. The fact that within two months the smell came back make me think that they just masked the smell by putting air freshener and not getting rid of the mildew smell, that is bad for my health. Instead I was told that i have to pay again for the same service. That’s very absurd and all I got was the lack of customer service to resolve the problem. More

Great dealership. Very clear communication and excellent repair jobs. Hourly rate is on the higher side but all the folks who work here are really really great.
