Four hours for a two hour job! I went in for the air bag recall. Advisor Ibarra stated it would be two hours to complete the job. I would wait for the vehicle. During the four hours, not one person cleaned the "waiting room" despite Subaru of America claim the service areas would be cleaned regularly. Coffee was good, fruit rolls as a snack. Tap water for water. But during the four hours, Ibarra was observed to be shipping online at Best Buy for PS4, how unprofessional while I waited and waited. He gave me the bad news I 'needed a water pump' but it wasn't in stock, would have to be ordered - cost 699, plus 300 dollars for labor. Later, a male customer was told his bad news, major work needs to be done, very costly, but his advisor gave him a great deal at $600 dollars! Wow, I must be chopped liver, or heaven forbid, a female. Anyway, it was freezing and I was beginning to feel ill from the cold, so upon walking around and observing the service bays, my car was abandoned, no one working on it after three hours! After seeking the service manager, not available, and taking a faraway shot of my vehicle not being service, suddenly two people were inside working on it! After four hours, it was ready. I was shivering cold by then so took off and hope to never have to go to that horrible, unprofessional place again. More

I was really happy with Joanne Martinez she could answer ever thing i asked about my 2006 STI stuff i didn't even know. I would avoid this dealership, if it were me. The I would avoid this dealership, if it were me. The service center proved to be quite sub-standard for me. If you like having the same repair made n I would avoid this dealership, if it were me. The service center proved to be quite sub-standard for me. If you like having the same repair made no less than FOUR times (for a simple repair), then you'll be happy here. Maybe you like looking around at cars on the lot and wasting time at dealerships. Not me. They are so bad, the service advisor and manager sent my car home twice indicating it was "the best they could do" only to later admit parts should have been ordered and the job should have been done right on the first response. This dealer represents too many manufacturers to get any one of them right. I highly recommend going to virtually ANY Subaru dealer that carries exclusively that brand, as opposed to this one. General manager never acknowledged my concerns. Don't expect the regional service manager to do much either. He never called, even when asked to do so. I'm taking my business some place that's reputable. More
