On this trip we were promptly met by Carlos Flores. After brief words of greeting and introduction he listened carefully as I explained our needs. He asked questions to clarify and verify our needs. He then began to show us vehicles that would meet those needs. He was very knowledgeable and when we did ask questions he didn't know, he quickly found someone who did. Not once was there any pressure . The conversation was always relaxed and friendly. He paused once to get us bottles of cold water which I thought was very thoughtful. We spent about 3 hours that day with Carlos then returned the next day and spent another hour asking questions. On the second visit we made our decision and bought a used Toyota RAV4. Through the entire purchase process, those involved were very professional and friendly. More
