My mother, who is a senior, needed a ride home . She is just not physically able to wait for hours in an auto dealership. So while getting a ride to her house on Moson Rd her driver was rude and c She is just not physically able to wait for hours in an auto dealership. I left voice mails and messages for the management and never heard back. As a veteran it absolutely disgusts me the way I was treated by this dealership. Avoid at all costs, their do not know how to treat Seniors or veterans. More

We found the vehicle we wanted on the web site, then went into the dealership. Within an hour we had a reservation and a reasonable out-the-door price. A couple of weeks later, we came in to pick up our n into the dealership. Within an hour we had a reservation and a reasonable out-the-door price. A couple of weeks later, we came in to pick up our newly arrived vehicle, and an hour later we drove away, having paid the out-the-door price. No pressure, no over-selling. The salesman respected our time like it had value and didn't waste it on things that make me dread buying new cars. I would EASILY recommend Sierra Toyota to anybody looking for a hassle-free experience buying a reliable vehicle. More
