After the list of options was narrowed down to two, the price quoting phase was quite easy and fair, so moving to the purchase phase was an easy step. They were not very encouraging or helpful. BUT then my boyfriend's co-worker recommended Sierra Toyota. I can't tell you how much we both enjoyed the experience. We were never rushed or pushed and they worked with us on the vehicle we picked. My boyfriend could not wipe the smile off his face last night driving home in his new SUV!. A Seamless Process!! I had been interested in the 2018 Camry XSE since I first saw one months ago and thought this would be an awesome car to have, but I'm just not ready I had been interested in the 2018 Camry XSE since I first saw one months ago and thought this would be an awesome car to have, but I'm just not ready for another car payment right now. So we skip to months later and a PCS from the East Coast to AZ and we find ourselves attending the rodeo on FT Huachuca at the beginning of March. And what is also sitting on display at the rodeo, a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE in Wind Chill Pearl color! I said wow, this is a beautiful car, and honestly I did not think I would be taking ownership of this exact car less than 20-days later. I reached out to the dealership to inquire about the car and let them know that my only intention was to see it up close and take if for a drive, not to purchase it at this time. They said no problem, come on in and I did. Took the car for a drive with Marvin, loved it and said thank you for letting me drive it and I will let you know what I decide to do. There was absolutely no pressure put on by the dealer to keep me there to buy the car and I appreciate that! I then decided to see what they would give me for my trade and once that was complete I knew I couldn't pass up this opportunity. They crunched the numbers for me and let me know what I would be paying with my trade in and I again said thank you, I'll be in touch soon with a decision. I called Charlene back that night and scheduled an appointment to take delivery of the car! The purchasing process was one of the smoothest most seamless ones I have done in awhile! I appreciated the professionalism of Charlene and Marvin for not trying to hound or pressure me into purchasing a car that I might not have been ready to purchase. They simply answered all my questions and said just let us know if you have any additional question, we are here to help you. This reflects not only on them, but the dealership as a whole for having professional and courteous sales teams that also work great together at Sierra Toyota!
