When I first arrived on the lot, there was a bit of confusion due to a fund raiser that was being held on the lot. I was able to find a sales person by the name of "Ali". No, she wasn't a famous Boxer or even an MMA practitioner but she totally knew her her way around the "ring" of deals. I was finally able to settle upon a vehicle thanks to "Ali" and my body guard in training. We finally settled on a 2014 Toyota sienna. It drives and handles well as well as being able to fit all of my youngins. I'm very glad that I stopped by this dealership and met the fine helpful people of Toyota of Sierra vista. A rare experience for us as well, but it does describe our purchasing experience at Sierra Toyota of Sierra Vista. From the git-go, salesman Marvin Morris took all the time we needed to drive several vehicles on our "consider" list, explaining in detail how the different features worked and demonstrating the unique features of each vehicle. Never met a salesman with such extensive knowledge of the vehicles he sells! It took us several days to decide which vehicle we wanted to purchase, but there was NO pressure to force our decision. Once we came in to buy, negotiations were straightforward, with our salesman explaining the factory incentives and adding in (without our asking) the substantial dealership discount off the MSRP. The entire staff (from salesman to business manager, sales manager, parts staff and cashier--even the owner--were customer-focused. Sincerely. And on a Monday! Time for a change I bought my FJ back in 2010. Loved that vehicle but it was time for a change. I had looked at other brands but knew I wanted another Toyota. While get I bought my FJ back in 2010. While getting my FJ serviced; 115000 miles, I noticed a used Tacoma on the lot and it only had 40000 miles and it wasn't white or silver so I got excited. Just what I was needing. Well, I bought that vehicle and am looking forward to many new adventures in it. Marvin, you are great. You made this a very easy transition and as you know I love the service and the people at Toyota. You all show respect and understanding in every situation.
