Although they didn't have the exact model we wanted on their lot, they were able to acquire the vehicle quickly. I did my homework and knew the price of the car we wanted in our SE AZ marketplace. Sierra Toyota gave us a "good deal." The sales agent we worked with, Dean Benton, was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the entire transaction. My only quibble is with the new car preparation. Whoever put the green (nitrogen) caps on the valve stems, didn't turn them down. They were all spun on about one revolution. If the are not screwed down all the way and "finger-tight" they will eventually vibrate off. With exception of that small oversight, the preparation of the car was perfect. Waste of time If you want to get screwed on you trade in AND the price for a used vehicle-that is the right place to go! I purchased a vehicle at Sierra Toyota (used RAV4-2012) for almost 21000 dollars about 6 month ago. Now I wanted to trade it in for a newer vehicle and they tell me it is only worth $ 8000!! So after 6 month my Toyota lost almost 13000 $ in value? Not according to Kelly Blue Book which values it at 12500 - 13000 $!! I also was pre approved by my bank for over 29000 $. They do not care for that, because they make only money if they use their own (more expensive) banks. They also tried to make me believe, that the used car price is the same like the price they paid for the vehicle. Bottom line, they think every customer is dumb enough to believe their lies. They want you to bend over the barrel and just take their crap. If you want a decent deal-GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! If you want to loose your money-go to the Casino. Honest deals??? Not at Sierra Toyota!! More
