We didn't even need to haggle over the price; they gave us the USAA pricing right up front. Once it came in he was with another customer so one of his fellow salesman (Dean), took over and helped us out. He went over the entire vehicle with us, handled out paperwork, and took us from door to keys' (so to speak) in a few hours. This is a fantastic dealership; sales and service are tops. Gary in service is a great person, knows his job, and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. I know that is his job, but after dealing with customers all day long, he still has a smile on his face and treats us like we are the most important people in town. Thanks Gary for all that you do. This is our 3rd Toyota in 11 years and we will continue going to Sierra Toyota. They set the standard as far as I'm concerned.
