My very best auto purchase experience I was looking for a specific vehicle, a four wheel drive truck in good shape to replace my two wheel drive truck. Surprisingly, finding the right vehi I was looking for a specific vehicle, a four wheel drive truck in good shape to replace my two wheel drive truck. Surprisingly, finding the right vehicle took a few weeks, and then I spotted the right truck two hours from my home. I called and the salesperson I dealt with was terrific. His name is Marvin Morris. The first issue was a trade value for my truck that was fair. That took two phone calls, but we were finally in the ballpark when he knew I was a serious buyer and had done my research. I had the trade value and price on the 4WD truck that made sense. Everything was exactly as advertised. We were very close to Kelly Blue Book on both sides of the transaction. Marvin was courteous knowledgable, and very straightforward. I think he is a gem!! Would highly recommend Sierra Toyota in Sierra Vista. Small town feel and great people. More

Great customer service So, I took my Tundra in for service. While I was waiting, I was wandering the used care sale lot. Kind of looking for a smaller car. I said I was looking for a smaller car just getting an idea of what was on the lot and the prices. He said okay. A few minutes later here comes another sales person Ry'n Nabeeh. He asked if he could help. I told him the same thing. He said okay. During this whole time I'm just walking around looking not really interested in actually purchasing. He asked me a few more questions I answered. He pointed out a smaller car then I thought I wanted. Nissan Juke. I told him I never even heard of that car. See I have a problem with small 4 cylinder cars. I told him I didn't want to do the Fred Flintstone to make it leave a light. He laughed. He said I should test drive. I'm thinking sure??? He went and got the key and we took it out. To my surprise it was perfect. We stopped by an event my husband was attending. I showed him the car. The rest is history. I now own the Nissan Juke. I am very happy with the car. I am very happy that Ry'n took the time and listened to what I wanted the price I wanted to stay within.
