Easygoing, friendly, low pressure. After a major motorcycle accident my husband was left with some physical challenges and we needed a vehicle that he could get into and out of with eas After a major motorcycle accident my husband was left with some physical challenges and we needed a vehicle that he could get into and out of with ease. We met Carlos an he was very understanding and willing to work with us on finding just the right vehicle. After three test drives and several hours we settled on a car that was the right one in terms of accessibility and price. Carlos then said to us "Do you want to go home and talk about it and get back to me later?" I have to say that I have never had that experience with any other car sales person in my life! We told Carlos that we wanted to get something today. He and the finance manager stayed until we had everything completed. The rest of the people in the office had gone home and the dealership was closed by the time we completed the transaction. Carlos was very friendly and low key during the whole visit, never pushing us toward any particular vehicle. I would definitely return to Sierra Toyota to purchase another vehicle! More
