Napier Avenue in Benton Township began its humble beginnings in 1989 as a Toyota franchise with 15 employees and 13,000 square feet of facility. Since then, they have grown to include the Hyundai, and Mitsubishi franchises. The facility was expanded to over 35,000 square feet in 2007 and now employs more than 40 people. Signature provides new and innovative services and products, like Signature Select Pre-Owned (providing customer’s a money back guarantee on their purchase), full electric vehicles and charging stations for the public, plug-in Hybrids and conventional Hybrid’s, while supporting the community in many grassroots events. They accomplish this by providing every customer with a helpful and affordable experience in a family friendly environment. Tires for life. Bought a 2012 Rav4 new from signature, signed up for "tires for life program". Took car in for oil changes and all maintenance. Had it in for the 15 Bought a 2012 Rav4 new from signature, signed up for "tires for life program". Took car in for oil changes and all maintenance. Had it in for the 15,000 and 30,00 mile check, but I guess that because I didn't specifically ask for these checkups, it wasn't done and now they won't honor the tires for life program. I went for those checks because they required it. I have the paperwork that shows I had the car there. So why wasn't it done? What I have shows that they checked everything, so what else had to be done? It was a scam to get out of the deal. Won't be back and will not talk good about them. Cannot talk good about them anymore. More
