Derrick was friendly, professional, and made the entire process effortless. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to spend about an hour while the work was being completed. The maintenance itself was finished right on schedule, and to top it all off, the service was covered under Honda’s maintenance program, making the visit completely free.
