Excellent car buying experience My experience first started about a Month ago, I was in need of an oil change on my Ford Fusion. I wasn't sure if I would even be able to get an oil c My experience first started about a Month ago, I was in need of an oil change on my Ford Fusion. I wasn't sure if I would even be able to get an oil change at a different dealership but they were more than welcoming. I only waited about 1 hour for my car to be finished and in the meantime I looked around at what they had to offer. I was in the market for a preowned SUV but I wasn't too sure what I wanted. I went home and did some research online and found a 2016 CRV. I emailed the dealership to schedule a test-drive. This was a very easy process and Jacklyn was very friendly! I walked in last Monday for a test drive and worked with Stan, he was awesome. He really took the time to understand my needs. When I was finished with the test drive I did not feel pressured at all to purchase that night. I told Stan that I would speak with my wife and that I would schedule to come back in with her on Saturday Morning. Throughout the week I would email Jacklyn with questions or concerns that I had and she would get back to me right away with an answer. I finally scheduled an appointment with Jacklyn and Stan to come back in on Saturday at 9:30AM. When we arrived, screaming baby and all Stan was there to great us and had the car ready to go! We sat down and "talked numbers" and Stan made me feel like he was really on my team. They gave me more than KBB market value and I signed the dotted line! I couldn't believe that I drove away with my new car at 11:30AM. Thank you Silko Honda for taking care of me! I would send anyone I know your way! More
