Positive Experience My car needed to have the rear brakes (rotors and pads) replaced. I was offered a coupon at my previous service visit if I went back within 30 days. S My car needed to have the rear brakes (rotors and pads) replaced. I was offered a coupon at my previous service visit if I went back within 30 days. Since brakes are so expensive, I wanted any way to save money so I scheduled my visit within the 30 days. I dropped my car off and used the courtesy ride to return home. I thought that they would have the car for the day but after about 2 hours, I received a call that my car was finished. I returned using the courtesy ride. The car was ready and I was on my way. Quick and easy. More

Since I live in Quincy, I saw no need to go all the way to Raynham. There are a good number of dealers in the Greater Boston area, much closer to home. After paying visits to a couple of them, however, I decided to call Tim and I'm very glad that I did. As soon as I arrived, I got a good feeling about both the dealership and Tim. He was very easy to deal with: low key and personable and willing to take the time to hear what my needs were and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or experienced any pressure [as I had somewhat at the other dealerships]. It took test driving only two cars to decide on buying one of them. In dealing with the purchase terms, Tim was very clear in explaining everything and patient and thorough in answering my questions. He was also good at meeting my concerns. In Fincance, Juan Mejia was also excellent to deal with---personable, thorough and patient. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Silko. Not only did I get the car which was exactly what I was looking for, but I dealt with people who made it easy for me. I'll certainly strongly recommend Silko to others in the future. More

Buying Made Easy Contacted Silko via the web and asked for a price for a particular Pilot. Received the price in short order and booked a time to visit.
