From my first interaction with Jared Robbins to my last he was nothing but rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Did not explain a thing. I got home and looked at my report they gave me and noticed I needed a new air filter and cabin filter which is odd since I just bought the car. I called service manager Tony and he said those two issues were checked off by mistake. Sounds odd. Tony did apologize but basically blew me off and over talked me when I was trying to explain my issue. Their oil change is but one get one, I will get my last then never go back to that dealership.. Salesmanship and Service Jason Costantino was pleasant and , after what we were looking for, simply showed us what he had. When we tested one, he answered our questions and offered a history of the car. Then we went to another vehicle with more "bells and whistles" , the wife wanted it and convinced the husband. Jason stayed neutral, answering only the questions we asked. After we decided he gave us the "pro" of our decision. He is the best! Stress free and informative we left after 2 hour, happy with the vehicle we selected.. Juan Mejia, the financial, man, again was pleasant and fully informed us of each paper he had for us. He made a folder for us so that we had copies of everything we did. He was clear and complete about every document. Both Jason and Juan wished us good-bye at the door, as the show room had closed. There are a lot of good car brands out there, but the reliability and resale value of Honda is what brought me back. My salesperson Rick Santos was great. He is the same salesman I had dealt with when I bought the 2012. (employee longevity shows something about the dealership) No high pressure, easy to deal with, and well versed on the cars he sells. Juan Mejia our finance guy was also easy to deal with, again no high pressure. Service was always great on my 2012, so I would expect the same with the new one. Perfect sales experience - Thank you Tim Colbert! Yesterday I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Silko Honda. While (to me) the Honda brand speaks for itself, I would like to speak for the Silko brand and Yesterday I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Silko Honda. While (to me) the Honda brand speaks for itself, I would like to speak for the Silko brand and my sales consultant, Tim Colbert. Tim has proven to be an extremely knowledgeable, confident, and trusted partner in the purchase of the my cars. Tim proves himself and invaluable resource and acts as a "guide" through the process rather than someone who is simply there to "sell" you. I experienced absolutely no pressure. I told them I had to leave the dealer to attend a to a personal commitment and there was no effort made to try and prevent that (I've experience that other places!). It was a relaxed, enjoyable, fast, and EASY transaction. I worked with Juan Mejia yesterday for the 2nd time to "close" the deal, and again, Juan is easygoing, understands my objectives, and offered insightful information about available options. I feel comfortable that the price I paid for the new car is in line with other dealers, but the easy transaction will make Silko the first and last place I go for future purchases. More

The problem I experienced was that very few de I test drove quite a few cars before deciding on a Honda Civic EX—T sedan 6 speed manual transmission. The problem I experienced was that very few dealerships had these models with manual transmissions and I could not find one in the area where I live (RI). I test drove the model at another MA dealer but they only had one and I was not thrilled with the color. However, they offered me a great purchase price for the car. I decided to wait and continue searching. I went online, expanded my search radius and I was amazed that Silko had 3 available in different colors. I immediately called Silko and spoke with Brooke from the internet team. I inquired if the cars were still available and asked if they would match the price I was offered from the other dealer. She called me back within 5 minutes and informed me that they would match the price and explained everything the price included. I set up an appointment to come in the next day and received a confirmation email for the appointment. The next day I went in for my appointment and met with Emilio who immediately obtained the car so I could test drive it. I was thrilled to see only 4 miles on the odometer and went for a test drive. After the test drive, Emilio asked if I wanted to see the cars in the other two colors and we walked in the back lot to take a look. I decided to stay with the color I test drove and informed Emilio I was ready to purchase it. He obtained the initial paperwork and confirmed the purchase price I had received from Brooke the day before. Emilio did not try to up sell me at any point in time! I then met with Stacey from the Finance area and we went through all of the financing paperwork. Again, he informed me of my options but never pressured me to purchase any additional items. Once the finance paperwork was complete, I was informed that I would receive a call from Emilio with a date/time to pick up the car. Emilio called me the next day and scheduled a time for the following day since he was going to RI to register my car. I went in to pick up my car and Emilio immediately took me to my new car and went through every detail of the features, from setting up my phone connectivity to opening the gas cover. He made sure I fully understood how everything worked. I thanked him for all of his time and patience and then drove away in my new car... This was an excellent and efficient experience and I just want to thank the Silko team for amazing customer service! More
