When we arranged an in-person visit and met with Jason Constantino, our experience was quite positive. Since we had already agreed upon a price, there were no high pressure sales tactics. We took the car for a test drive and confirmed this was the one we wanted to purchase. Jason was very knowledegable and did a great job explaining all the details about the CRV. When we returned to the dealership, we went over all the details and completed the purchase without any haggling or high pressure sales. More

We had emailed Darnell back and forth and agreed on a price for both cars. We went in on Sunday and spent 3hours there, test driving the cars we wanted to buy. When it was time to write up the papers the business manager, Chris came to me with a different price than what we had already agreed upon. I showed the business manager the email chain of the car negotiation. He would not honor it. I am so embarrassed that I wasted my sister's time. I convinced her to come with me here instead of a dealership closer to home because I thought it would be a smoother car buying process. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Chris and Matt- you were very rude to us for no reason. You made us feel like we were liars. Even after we said we did not want the new price, we just wanted to leave asap, you continued to talk down to us. RESPONSE TO SILKO'S RESPONSE: I received multiple email after that close of business day stating "As we are nearing the end of our month we are way behind our monthly quota. So what this means is we need to take every deal possible!! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to earn your business. This weekend we will be considering all reasonable offers!!" This is word for word from the emails I received. This is obviously not true because they backed out of the deal we originally agreed on when we went there that weekend. My offer was clearly reasonable because honda of boston accepted the original deal AND their document fee is $100 less, $298 vs Silko's $399. I actually saved $100 by not buying from Silko. Do not let her response fool you. Do not get tricked by silko. Silko also took my registration and did not put it back in my car. I had to go to the dmv to get another copy. More

Caitlin and I set up a time to go look at the vehicle I was interested in, I met the owner of the store, he showed me things about the vehicle i was interested in. Then i I met Tim(sales guy) and he took me on a test drive, took all my info down, they worked with me on my trade, (even though I went in with negative equity), I went back the following day and I met Melissa she we went over the paperwork, I paid for extended warranty and Gap protection, it was a done deal. Got what I wanted, and they made it so easy. Thank you!! More

He was patient, knowledgeble, and very laid back during the process. Once the final purchase was made, Todd provided a comprehensive review of the vehicle and the electronics. Painless! Our meeting with Juan in the business office to review additional options was seamless. He is personable and extremely accommodating. Our thanks to Chris and Rodney in management for enabling a deal to occur. We anticipate an equally pleasant experience as we visit the service department for our service deals. Rude Service Department I bought my car here a few years ago and have always gotten the service done on it here at Silko. The men that check you in for service have always b I bought my car here a few years ago and have always gotten the service done on it here at Silko. The men that check you in for service have always been unpleasant and unwilling to help. Recently I came in for an oil change and pulled into the same building I have for the past couple of years. One of the service agents rudely came over to me asking what I was doing there and that I was in the wrong building. When I told him I have always pulled into this building for oil changes he cut me off and told me "Well obviously you have been doing it wrong all of the times". The funny part is that he has checked me in for oil changes before in this exact spot. I am extremely unhappy with the service, I loved the sales team and finance when I bought the car, but unfortunately the service department ruins this dealership and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. More
Bought a new CRV I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my eye on the CRV. I had test driven the vehicle the week before and decided to purchase. He guided me through the process and provided a great price. I had an issue with my older vehicle and they worked with me and the insurance company to get me out of that one and into the CRV in a timely manner. Melissa handled the finance and did so in a no pressure way. This is the second Honda I have purchased from Silko and would not consider purchasing anywhere else. More

Classic BAIT and SWITCH My daughter was in the market for her first new car. She did her research and received an online quote from 2 Honda dealers for the same make/model/ye My daughter was in the market for her first new car. She did her research and received an online quote from 2 Honda dealers for the same make/model/year vehicle. Even though they were $450 higher than other dealer, we decided to go with Silko since they were just down the street. BIG MISTAKE!! After agreeing on price, we made appointment to buy that evening. When we showed up at dealer, they steered us to a different salesperson and began negotiating a new price. When we discussed the online price that we agreed to, they said SILKO would "NOT HONOR THE ONLINE PRICE", the internet salesperson just brings in people & is NOT authorized to quote prices so we must begin negotiations at sticker price with a different salesperson. After over an hour of negotiating, they would not come within $1200 to the price we previously received from them online. So we left. Next day we went to the other Honda dealer that had quoted us and purchased the vehicle. After hearing of the TERRIBLE TREATMENT BY SILKO, they even went lower and cut another $100 off their price (making it $550 less than Silko). Some dealers are respectable, others are called SILKO...never again More
