As for the length of time of our visit, it took a long time, but it was a very busy day there (the day after Christmas.) I'm not sure about the credit card question-we were able to take the car that day, so, instead of going to the bank, we put the down payment and fees on the credit card. More

Do not honor appointment times I scheduled a maintneance appointment at the service center for 10am, a time that they stated was available the afternoon before my appointment. When I checked in with the service staff member, he stated that they were busy with walk in customers, and would be delayed in getting to my vehicle. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is not honored? This was my first time visiting this location, and will be my last. More
