Aside from the positive experience and attitude we we felt at Silko, the demeanor and respect of Rob brought us back to Silko for the final purchase. On our second day, the delaership was busy and we were waiting. We appreciated that Chris came to assist us, while understanding that we were waiting to see Rob. It was a good use of our time and Chris answered some questions without pressuring us to work with him instead of Rob. He showed a team spirit, knowing Rob was busy and we had been waiting.
