I have personally purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past ten years. Members of my family have also experienced greatness from this dealership purchasing nearly 10 vehicles over ten y dealership in the past ten years. I did not buy my most recent vehicle at Silko however I still choose Silko as my dealership of choice. When it comes to quality of service I always know I can count on you guys. My vehicle was in for an oil change tonight. Low and behold Matt had discovered that my car had no wipper blades. It turns out someone had been going around the neighborhood in the middle of the night steeling them off vehicles! The dealership didn't have my blades on hand, due to the fact that my vehicle is no longer a honda :( , but Hector happened to have a pair that fit! He gave them to me knowing that the forecast would be calling for more rain. They went above and beyond. The guys washed my car and popped them on like it was no big deal. It was a big deal to me and I was out of there quickly and with no worries. I always get service when MJ is on because he is always helpful and makes sure me and my family are safe. He makes real recommondations and leaves out the bologna. It's so nice to know that there are many employees in the service department that are concerned with customer care, safety and satisfaction. There is no question I will continue going to Silko Honda of Raynham! More

I started with Lydia Pinon who I set up an appointment for 3:30. She was prompt and courteous. James Venezia then proceeded to help me. Richard Pacheco is by far Silko's best employee and the others could use more training in customer service especially the service dept! I went to Route 44 in Raynham because there are so many car dealships there and I wanted to look at various cars. My first stop was Silko. Anton Dopson greated me and I told him I was interested in the H car dealships there and I wanted to look at various cars. My first stop was Silko. As it turned out, that was not the car for me, but I did leave the same day with a 2012 Honda Accord. He gave you that true feeling that he was looking out for your interests, and that he wanted to make the deal work for you. I've been to quite a few dealerships, and have had a bad experience at one, but this one sale made up for the bad ones. From the moment I walked into Silko I felt a difference in the type of dealership that I was in , The pressure you normally get from a dealer was not there,I knew that I wanted to see Anton and all employe in the type of dealership that I was in , The pressure you normally get from a dealer was not there,I knew that I wanted to see Anton and all employees were very helpful to locate him.
