Steve was friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in the showroom until days after. My husband and myself took my mother-in-law in to trade in her lease for a new lease. She was so pleased with him and thought he was handsome (very important to her)he made follow-up calls that weren't necessary but he did so with much concern. That pleased her immensely. The last time she was at Silko she wasn't happy but then again she was alone. Steve by far was at his best for customer service and making the customer happy. I would also like to make a comment about how friendly Andrea was while doing all the paperwork, the whole time with a smile and she must have been busy as a bee. Although, she never showed it. On our second day, the delaership was busy and we were waiting. We appreciated that Chris came to assist us, while understanding that we were waiting to see Rob. It was a good use of our time and Chris answered some questions without pressuring us to work with him instead of Rob. He showed a team spirit, knowing Rob was busy and we had been waiting.
