My fiancé and I went in to take a look at trading her 2021 civic in for a new civic hatchback. From the moment we got there everything seemed to be very hostile. Tim then became the sales guy for us and he seemed to just rush everything. We felt as if we were being judged by the way we were dressed. We took the car for a test drive and she immediately fell in love with the car. She told him she would like to stay in a similar car payment she was in now. He came back with some numbers and we had told Tim that the numbers he had given us were not really what we were looking for at that time and asked for his card so we could discuss it. He then was gone and brought back his manager. The manager then started talking about a new car no miles and it sounded great until we realized they were trying to get her a whole different car. We stated we do not want that model civic and that we wanted the one we test drove. The manager told us he would do an extra 2,000 on the trade in but was trying to add more to the car we were purchasing so we were really not getting a deal at all. My fiancé had spoken to her father about all of this and decided that it just was not the right sale for us especially based on their behavior over having to go over numbers and interest rate. We told them that for right now we were all set and wanted to shop around the manager walked away immediately with attitude and Tim just stood there staring at us. No one was polite about it and were over all rude and unprofessional. I am sorry but I am not going to give a company 35,000$ that does not respect their customers. We went to colonial in Dartmouth she found the car she wanted, a year newer 0 miles for the price she wanted. Will never go back to silko! More

They are not the typical pushy, hard sell salespeople. They are knowledgeable yet laid back if you will. They answer questions and any concerns directly. They are terrific. Jason was amazing. He wasn't pushy. I never felt pressure at any time during this process from Jason nor any member of the Team. Financing got me a great loan and everyone took the time to explain everything in great detail. I just got my car yesterday and love it. Jason took the time to explain in detail the complicated setup, which will become natural in a couple of weeks. Matt, the service writer, was great as usual, he is one of the reasons I keep coming to Silko. I have been a Silko customer since the 1980’s when they were located in Brockton, MA. I came back to the dea of the reasons I keep coming to Silko. I have been a Silko customer since the 1980’s when they were located in Brockton, MA. I came back to the dealership after I had the Transmission Fluid changed a week before because it sounded like something was rattling. After the tech’s inspected my Ridgeline, he said the rattle was due to a rusted Catalytic Converter Heat Shield. The price to replace the shield was $449 - WOW, A bit over priced I would say! The bigger issue is I told Matt that I could hear a “howling” kind of sound that appeared to be in sync with engine RPM’s and the transmission. The tech said that was also related to the heat shield. The only way to verify the “howling” sound would to have taken it out for a test drive, but that had not been done as the mileage in and out was the same. I really like the my 2017 Honda Ridgeline and will be replacing it when the 2024 models arrive. More
