My experience started on line and with e-mails. Through e-mail, they set up the cars I wanted to test drive and the date and time that fit my schedule. What a great guy! He explained everything that I inquired about and really knew his stuff! He was very patient w/ me. No rushing, not on my back and gave me time to make the right decision for me. Which I truly appreciate. Once we came to an agreement the process was smooth and through. I was then set up with the finance depart. Stacey had no problem explaining every detail and setting out many options that would or could work for me. Both gentleman were extremely professional and approachable making the buying process a less stressful event. More
