Derick B. has been my main contact for the past few years and has never steered me wrong; he even caught an unknown issue just from moving my car forward and hearing something off that I would never have noticed and that saved me A TON of future problems. That made me a customer for life and I expect my Civic to ride another 150k thanks to their service and knowledge. They know when to repair instead of replace and vice versa which is extremely important. They even paid for my Lyft to and from when that unexpected service arose. 5 stars easily! More
