Initially when I scheduled the appointment I had done it with the online sales person. I told her what vehicle and color I wanted. I had also seen it was in transit online. When I got to my appointment with Tim he told me this vehicle already had a deposit on it. He also said that they could find this vehicle for me if I gave them a chance. I am so glad that I did. I did have to wait but they did find me the vehicle that i wanted. It was the most painless car purchase that I have done. I dealt with Tim from appointment to keys in hand. Didn't have to deal with any other person at the dealership. I am very happy with my purchase and glad that the email people did not follow up as I would not have dealt with Silko if they had.
