We appreciate the service of Nicholas and his team in fixing the electronic problem caused by the sunroof left open during a rainstorm, although, we are highly disappointed in the Honda product which cau fixing the electronic problem caused by the sunroof left open during a rainstorm, although, we are highly disappointed in the Honda product which causes this situation that probably most drivers are unaware of. "It is a well-known fact in the industry that water and electronics don't mix well". Honda design should take care of this fact in research and development before production. For the top echelon of Honda executives and designers to ignore it, reeks of intentional trickery to the consumer. Noriya Kaihara (President, CEO) and James Keller (VP of Development and Manufacturing) should address this situation. The consumer is Honda's best advertiser.
