I was surprised at the enhancements to the service experience! I brought the car in for an oil change and recall on the window lock of my 2005 CR-V; since it was last serviced I hadn't driven enough m experience! By the time the service was complete I had an email from Jaime Martinho with the report I was reviewing so was informed by the time we met up for our discussion. Another surprise! No charge for this service. I do have a Silko dealer closer to me but much prefer coming to Silko where I've been a satisfied customer since 1999...so thank you, Silko! Great experience. I found the vehicle I wanted on web site and was able to have test drive the same day and agree to purchase. Through no fault of dealer or staff, glitch complying with the fraud prevention call took a couple of calls, but Juan assisted with process. Also through no fault of dealership or staff, one module - parking assist - not functioning. Part need to be ordered and service visit required.
