He made sure she was comfortable with all the controls, and professionally answered every question she had. He even took us for a ride to another lot so she could see other colors in person before deciding. The entire process from test drive through signing papers was a breath of fresh air compared to most of my dealership experiences, which I’ve had a lot of because I buy and trade in vehicles way too often. I know all the “tricks” and half-truths and broken promises, and none of that happened here. From the Internet communications staff, to the sales staff, to the management team, they all truly seem to care more about having comfortable and satisfied customers than they do selling vehicles. Many other dealers I’ve bought from have seemed to have the attitude that, “This guy will probably never be back here so let’s get all we can out of him on this one sale!” but Silko seems to really understand that a comfortable and satisfied customer will likely be a repeat one. After the test drive, the decision was easy. Meeting with finance manager Stacey was a pleasure, as well. He reviewed all the pertinent details of the financial piece of the process. He was clear, concise, and quite thorough when it came to actual signing of the purchasing documents. It was almost 8 PM and I never felt rushed. He took his time to ensure I was clear on all items being presented to me for signature.
