The service department went the extra mile to accommodate our hectic schedule. When we dropped the vehicle off we were told the repair would be ready by 4, give or take, the next day. In true Murphy's Law fashion, we were going to need our car back earlier than originally planned so I asked the service rep if getting the car back earlier was possible. She was able to get a hold of maintenance and have the car back early and ready to go a couple hours ahead of original time giving us time to head out of town and beat traffic to make our appointment. Thank you for putting the customer first. More
I've been a customer for 15 years. I had always had excellent service. I don't know when it became Donalson Toyota, but the name is not all that has changed. When I walked in the Servi I had always had excellent service. I don't know when it became Donalson Toyota, but the name is not all that has changed. When I walked in the Service Dept. the atmosphere was different. No smiles or a welcome. I dropped off my car for a 2:30 appointment. Soon I got the text that the inspection was complete and that no additional services were needed other than oil change, tire rotation and the sunroof drains cleaned out, as requested. Also, that I would receive another text when my car was ready. By 5:30 I had not received a text that my car was ready. I called the service dept., just got the recorder to leave a message and it would be returned right away. I texted and no one answered. My husband drove me to the dealership and the lady looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. She found the paperwork and stated that the oil was changed, the tires were not rotated do to the tread depth being better on the front tires. And to clean the sunroof drains the car was sent to another area. Since it showed D/O (dropped off) it was decided that they would do that service the next day. No notification by text or phone call asking if it would be okay to wait until the next day. Just because a car is dropped off it doesn't mean that the vehicle isn't needed the same day. I did need my car. I paid for the oil change and left very, very disappointed with the services or lack of it from the Donalson Toyota service department. I can't rate the service dept. employees by name, as I don't know their names, but my rating would be very low. More

Felt very comfortable easy process not a lot of unnecessary hauling.
