The mechanic was very nice. Had to wait to be let into the parking lot. The service advisor who was supposed to be there at 8 am did not arrive until almost an hour later. I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Silsbee Toyota. I brought my vehicle in with only 22,000 miles on it and was told that my front driver’s side tire was bald and that I needed new at Silsbee Toyota. I brought my vehicle in with only 22,000 miles on it and was told that my front driver’s side tire was bald and that I needed new tires along with an alignment. Trusting the expertise of their service department, I spent money on new tires because I believed what I was being told. After purchasing the tires, I had them inspected elsewhere and was shocked to find out that my tires were not bald by any means. The tire still had plenty of tread remaining and did not warrant immediate replacement. It is very concerning that a dealership service department would either misdiagnose something so obvious or attempt to sell unnecessary services and parts. As a customer, I expect honesty and accurate recommendations, especially from a dealership that is supposed to be looking out for my vehicle’s safety and maintenance needs. Instead, I feel like I was misled into spending money I didn’t need to spend. This experience has completely damaged my trust in Silsbee Toyota’s service department, and I will be thinking twice before returning or recommending them to anyone else. More

Not pleased at all. I brought my car in because the driver seat frame broke. When it was fixed they told me there was a part missing so I might still have problems with I brought my car in because the driver seat frame broke. When it was fixed they told me there was a part missing so I might still have problems with the seat. I bought the car brand new from that you so if anything was broke or missing, it came like that. Within a few months, the seat broke again, i took it back in They popped it back in place and by the time I got home, it had broke again. More
