Service has always been decent. The facility is clean and nice, which helps, but again, nothing that sets it apart from any other dealership. I will say, the wait time is getting longer and longer. I had a nice, which helps, but again, nothing that sets it apart from any other dealership. I will say, the wait time is getting longer and longer. I had an 11:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:35 and checked in. My service advisor came and spoke with me around 11:45 am regarding my vehicle and said it was just about finished. My vehicle was not ready until 12:40 pm. Over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation? I think I’m going to have to find another place to use. Sorry, Silsbee Toyota, I don’t have that kind of time to waste. More

This is the 2nd, new Toyota we have purchased from this dealer. The salespersons were very friendly and helpful, No pressure, true to their word. The service was excellent for our periodical service and a dealer. The salespersons were very friendly and helpful, No pressure, true to their word. I brought my Rav4 in for it first 6 month service after purchasing it at Silsbee. The oil is still dirty and the tires looked untouched. I pulled the dip stick and rubbed it on a white rag and it is dark b purchasing it at Silsbee. The oil is still dirty and the tires looked untouched. I pulled the dip stick and rubbed it on a white rag and it is dark brown. I rubbed some new oil I have and look at the difference. No way this thin oil is new. It should be almost clear. I waiter over 2 hours and don't think anything was done to my vehicle. Silsbee is 30 minutes from where I work so it was a big hassle. I will continue to do maintenance on my own vehicles. I own 3 other cars. You cant trust anyone on your vehicle anymore. Reasons I suspect the tires were not touched...Brake dust accumulates on front wheels a lot more.NO dust on back wheels and no hand prints.I added air to the tires the first cold front this year to make the light go off. I really wanted the first oil change done because I know the filter is tight and there is a lot of contaminants in my brand new engine. More
