Worst MB dealership I looked at E350 online . Called them up to double check if it was available and if it had any major dents or scratches. I was told it was in perfect I looked at E350 online . Called them up to double check if it was available and if it had any major dents or scratches. I was told it was in perfect conditon by Genesis and Roger . I went on a saturday morning . Drove for 5 hours all the way from Virginia , only to find out that the car had no keys . Theh lost the keys a little over a week ago . Spent two hours trying to find the keys while we looked at their inventory. Turns out the new keys were delivered but they needed programming . Waste of time . On top of that, there were dents on the car . The mercedez Emblem on the hood was missing. They knew i was on my way from VA , they could have it carwashed . Worst MB dealership ever . Id say call and double check a couple of times before you go Roger has great reviews but it felt like he was rude . I asked him to double check the condition of the car and his response " how many times do you want us to check the car for you?" More

Giusseppe is your guy! Giuseppe is not your "typical" used car salesman at all. He is upfront, transparent, courteous and truly has your best interest at heart.
