Initially I was just going to look at my options, not necessarily purchase that day, but after my encounter with Anna and several trips around the lot with me in the pelting sun, I decided on getting ML350. For once, I felt like I was not being swindle out of my money, I found her to be very informative, patient, attentive, not forceful and friendly. We weren't planning on buying a Mercedes. Came to look enroute to other manufacturer's dealership, but ended up returning, impressed by how much we could get for the same price at Mercedes. Love this dealership, this is our fourth new mercedes, third one from Silver Star. We just bought a E350 Cab, Jamal was great, found one, shipped it to dealer, called us when ready and let us pick it up o third one from Silver Star. They went out of their way to help, even putting in our two car seats which is not a nice job lol. They even made us aware of new program which is a tire program which if you join you get rims always repaired/replaced and tires fixed when flat etc... no copays etc... great program especially with NYC pot holes which you can feel like you are going to fall into Definitely use them again... As for the guy mentioning bait and switch and finance managers office... never heard or been into finance managers office they always come to you and everything is written down. More

Worst dealership in the country. Probably the only one that sells luxury vehicles where they would employ a bait & switch scam, where they hook you into selling the car at a certain price then raise it to that sells luxury vehicles where they would employ a bait & switch scam, where they hook you into selling the car at a certain price then raise it to make a killing profit when client is in the finance manager's office. The way it worked with us was they kept us all day inside the dealership only to change the price at the end of the evening (they made us wait for 8 hours!!). I have every intent to pursue all legal avenues for being the victim of such a scam! Don't be fooled by the supposed friendliness of the people inside the dealership..they WILL rip you off and they WILL lie to you!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More
