The sales person that we worked with was very kind and great to work with. However, Alan made our experience negative. He was very condescending and tried to get my husband to question my decisions, which great to work with. However, Alan made our experience negative. I was also very uncomfortable with how Alan spoke to the sales person we were working with. He was extremely rude to the salesman. While we are very happy with the vehicle, I would not purchase another vehicle from them again because of the way we were talked to during negotiations and how Alan spoke to his employees. More

Initially this started with a call to Daniel to schedule an appointment to see a vehicle I was interested in buying. When arriving, the Jeep was not ready to test drive which was disappointing as we had dri an appointment to see a vehicle I was interested in buying. They were so patient and made sure that we were satisfied with both the Jeep and the price. Also, Debbie is truly an exceptional help when it comes down to the finance!
