I reached out to SVCDJR via the web on January 14, 2023 and was responded by a gentleman named James Buerge, the internet sales manager. My first interaction with James made me think, you are dealing with the true definition of a car salesman, and not in a good way. I had questions, not many as I had already had my mind made up; but I wanted to make sure I understood what I was purchasing. This wasn't just a sale, this was a girl purchasing her dream car and worked hard to get there. I dreamt about this day for years! This moment had to be perfect and it already felt off. Still, I continued with the process trying to complete as much as I could online because I live a few hours away. Shortly after I receive a text message from James asking if I know a person who happened to have the same last name as me. That person happened to be my husband. My husband reached out to the dealership attempting to purchase the exact same jeep before me so he could surprise me for our 16th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately James was out of the office so my husband dealt with Nirmal. Instead of James calling Nirmal and speaking with my husband about whats going on, James calls me and tells me that my husband pre-qualified and will be purchasing the jeep for me with Nirmal that same day. Way to ruin a surprise! After speaking with my husband I no longer felt confident in my purchase and was doubting the whole thing. My moment was no longer perfect, it was ruined by the stereotype of a typical car salesman just trying to make a sale. I couldnt help but sit and cry the next morning. I woke up to the news of my grandfathers passing. We would always talk about the day i bought my jeep and would go cruising with no doors. That day never came. I decided to reach out to James, and let him know that i was on my way to the dealership and would be heading in there to buy my jeep. Gave him my exact ETA and everything, i wanted him to know i meant business. I arrived at the dealership, smaller than most dealerships I've been to but alot of selection, which was great! I wasnt too impressed by the front desk girl, she seemed like she had to be there instead of wanting to be there. Not a very good impression as thats the first interaction when you walk in. I asked for James and despite him having my ETA, he was not present when i arrived. I had been in negotiations with him for a few days and i felt as he did not take my purchase seriously. The front desk girl advised that he was on a test drive with another customer and would be back soon. I waited, again doubting myself as it didnt feel like the smooth purchase it was supposed to be. I was then approached by Daniel Nadalet. First interaction with Daniel, he was very pleasant, friendly and had a good vibe to him despite me being alittle agitated. He mentioned James was on a test drive and would be with me shortly but if there was anything else he can do to help. I asked him if i could view the vehicle and possibly test drive. He grabbed the keys and took us out for a drive. During the test drive, he answered all my questions and never once felt like i was "asking too much". Daniel was extremely knowledgeable on jeeps in general and by answering all my questions, took away any doubt i had in purchasing my dream jeep. Back to the dealership we went to see if James had returned. He did and was still running around helping his other customers completely disregarding our presence. Typical car salesman vibe. While sitting waiting for James, Daniel started our paperwork, again answering little questions i had. For every question i had, Daniel had an answer. Again making me feel confident in my purchase. Unfortunately during this time, James had an emergency and could no longer assist us with our purchase leaving Daniel to continue helping us. I couldnt be more happier. He brought back the happy moment i was looking for and people could learn a thing or two from your customer service skills. Thank you Daniel, you have no idea how much more pleasant you made this experience, 5 stars for you! More
Worse customer service stay away from this dealership if you need anything after you purchase a vehicle. Never got my second key for my vehicle at time of purchase they said they had to find it. I called several times since and now I am being told the salesman finance lady are gone and no proof I didn't receive it. so they are calling me a liar. Both my dad and step mom were there during the purchase and in the finance office I have pictures of this day. Now they want me to pay $400 for my second key they never gave me. Horrible business practice horrible customer service and just plain rude. You don't get to call someone a liar without proof. I have witnesses that can prove I did not receive my second key. These people are disgusting More
