Excellent service. Simi Valley Jeep Service Department went out of their way to make it possible to get our Jeep serviced. Horrible shady-when a contract is not a contract Mike, the manager of Simi Valley Jeep dealership, says that the contract I signed for the Jeep I leased A WEEK AND A HALF AGO is not valid and they ca Mike, the manager of Simi Valley Jeep dealership, says that the contract I signed for the Jeep I leased A WEEK AND A HALF AGO is not valid and they cannot get me funded. I advised Mike to email the details of a contract that CAN be funded so that I can decide if I agree, and if not he can come get his car. I will not touch the new Jeep in my driveway until this is done and I am FURIOUS and will never deal with this dealership again. I purchased a Jeep 10 years ago online and LOVED the service I got at that dealership so I will go there. Mike says they don't have the capability to email me contract details? Bull. Come get your Jeep and you can be sure I will let the public know how sketchy it is to lease from you. More
