Ever since Kirby took over the dealership in Simi Valley, Jeff Hightower has been my service contact for upkeep and maintenance. I just recently had my transmission serviced, rear differential service, oil change, and coolant flushed. I have a 103,000 something miles on my Commander and it runs great after this last service. Jeff kept me informed of each step and what the cost would be berfore moving forward. It reminds me of when I use to go with my father to an auto service dept, and service actually meant something. I have been dealing with Dodge thru Jeff pretty much since I bought my truck, my first Dodge by the way. Thru two dealerships, Jeff has always taken good care of me and my truck. More often than not, I am just there for routine maintenance, but when it's something big (like rats in the wiring harness) he and Kirby came through. I have brought my Sebring into Kirby since before it was Kirby. The only reason I continued to visit this dealership is the manner in which Zachary has treated me. Purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Art and the rest of the Kirby Team. I was surprised at how low pressure it was and how quick the entire process went. However, recently I had an extraordinary customer experience that sets a high standard for future purchases. Two weeks ago, I purchased a used Chrysler 200 at Kirby Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Simi Valley and from the very start I felt important and valued. For those of us familiar with making an automobile purchase, we know it can be an overwhelming and frustrating journey. Depending on our circumstance, we can be at a vulnerable point in our lives and ripe for making bad decisions. I believe it is common to suspect that the dealership is determined to take advantage of our need and desire to buy a car and capitalize on our anxiety. I am pleased to say that this was definitely not the case at Kirby! My salesperson, Art Kupelian, acted professionally and was genuinely committed to working with me to find the perfect solution to my needs and interests. After deciding on the car, I was politely directed to Bob Hazeski who managed the payment process with sensitivity. Bob presented me with a variety of options and never pressured me into making any decision that was not consistent with my needs. Once completed, I was confident that I made the right choices and grateful that Bob was able to take much of the "bite" out of the payment procedure. Afterwards, I was gently handed off to Zach Sax at the Kirby Service department. It is extremely reassuring to know that there is a quality service team available in support of my automobile needs. Zach has been an outstanding point person in coordinating several upgrades and assisting me in setting up a maintenance schedule that will ensure a healthy long term return on my investment! Family is important. When a business is successful in making you feel like it has become a part of your extended family, it says a lot about their values and approach to customer satisfaction. Since purchasing my Chrysler 200 at Kirby Chrysler of Simi Valley, I have been contacted on several occasions by Kirby team members to "check in" and see if there was anything else I needed. I am happy to say that everything is great and equally thrilled to know that if it wasn't, I have a "family" to go to for support! More
