The sales person that we worked with was very kind and great to work with. However, Alan made our experience negative. He was very condescending and tried to get my husband to question my decisions, which great to work with. However, Alan made our experience negative. I was also very uncomfortable with how Alan spoke to the sales person we were working with. He was extremely rude to the salesman. While we are very happy with the vehicle, I would not purchase another vehicle from them again because of the way we were talked to during negotiations and how Alan spoke to his employees. More
