I went to Kirby Automotive to get my regularly scheduled oil change and a 5-year powertrain inspection. I met with Robert, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle and it's maintenance and w oil change and a 5-year powertrain inspection. I met with Robert, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle and it's maintenance and was able to get the necessary work done very quickly. In previous experiences with this dealership, I didn't feel the same confidence about how my vehicle was going to be handled as I did today. Robert offered clear explanations over what services needed to be performed and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. His treatment of me today completely restored my confidence in your dealership and I would recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. Lastly, I'd like to offer my sincerest thanks to Robert, for making my day more pleasant, and Wayne Davis for taking the time to check on me and my experience at the dealership. You both went over and beyond my expectations. More

I had a great service experience with Kirby and Bob Billing in particular. I have had awful experiences with the Shaver Auto group in Thousand Oaks for years so I decided, with some hesitancy, to go t Billing in particular. Bob listened to my issue, promised me a much better experience at Kirby and he delivered. Everything went better than expected and the price I ended up paying at the end was much lower than I anticipated. More

Honesty, integrity, and all around good customer service.... this is the experience we encountered at this dealership. I'm glad we decided to try this Dodge dealer again...=) The previous owner/operator was awful in every way.. sales, service, etc... it was like people were a bother to them, or our problem was a nuisance. Your service staff and sales staff have what it takes to keep your customers coming back. Thank-you Kirby for bringing back an otherwise old an out dated commodity this society is in dire need of: CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More
