I had wonderful service in the past, but unfortunately, my service advisor retired. When I arrived, I felt brushed off by my new advisor, and my concerns about time were not heard. An issue was found, and my service advisor retired. When I arrived, I felt brushed off by my new advisor, and my concerns about time were not heard. An issue was found, and I was quoted a large number. From the video, I wasn't completely sure there was an issue. Once home, I looked under the hood and found items not put back securely. I have since had the car looked at elsewhere and was quoted $1200 less to fix the issue. I don't think I will be bringing my car back to Toyota anymore. More

This was one of the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Rigo in sales, Joey the sales manager and Steven in finance could not have done a better job for me.
