Did not give straight answer to my questions, final bill had added $1400 worth of random stuff that was never discussed until i pointed it out and asked where this was coming from. Also got pushed very very hard on expensive warranty for used car. When the sales person had just assured me how amazingly reliable the car would be. I assume its a good car, just sadly a pretty stereotypical car dealership experience. Oh yes, especially amusing was the talk that they want to be like family. They are always spot on in estimating the time it will take and show videos of the car while it's being serviced. More
