Toyota of Simi Valley - Service Center

The service here is usually great … but my service advisor Oscar Robles , who I’ve used for the very first time was not very good … He doesn’t smile , acts very serious and acted short tempered and advisor Oscar Robles , who I’ve used for the very first time was not very good … He doesn’t smile , acts very serious and acted short tempered and impatient after I declined further service … he still charged me a diagnostic fee of 200$ after I told I him that I will be back for the recommended service . I couldn’t get it all done on the same day because the car I was servicing was my mom’s vehicle and the recommended services would’ve added up to about 800$ . I needed her green light first before making any decisions … but nevertheless, Oscar doesn’t radiate kindness and comes off as very dry and to me unprofessional … I’ve been in customer service for over 25 years, which I believe qualifies me for making such a statement … Two days later now I’m back at the dealership and decided to go for Rob Osborne , who is super nice , smiles, is courteous and is very good at giving great customer service … My mother even wants to buy a brand new vehicle from this dealership .., but one thing is clear … I will never go back to Ocarina Robles again… More
