They do not advertise services that are not needed by my car at that point. I never liked it when certain dealerships push services that are not yet due so they can charge more. My five star review is for the professionalism and warmth from the staff. Rob was so personable and I trusted him to help me decide whether the services were essential. The shuttle driver was so fun to chat from the staff. Rob was so personable and I trusted him to help me decide whether the services were essential. The shuttle driver was so fun to chat with and helped start my day on the right foot. And the technician who did my video was so professional and clear in his explanation. My air filter was absolutely disgusting with rat poop, and my husband and I were chuckling about how kindly and calmly the technician noted that there was “evidence of rodent activity.” So even though spending the 3K was a tough pill to swallow, I would still come back because of the staff. Good work, guys!! More
